Job Description:

American Cruise Lines provides guests an exceptional, personalized cruising experience with intimate access to America’s most iconic and historic cruise destinations aboard our modern fleet of small ships. We are expanding and currently seeking a Purchasing Administrative Assistant in our Salisbury, Maryland office.

Job Requirements:

  • Keep updated records of purchases
  • Ensure all orders received are accurate
  • Submit & reconcile Expense Reports and process Invoices
  • Provide Administrative Support to the Director of Engineering
  • Organize/Schedule Meetings within the department and document meeting minutes
  • Document and provide Project updates using the company systems
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
  • Possess a Valid Driver’s License
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing
  • Knowledge of products within the Marine Engineering Industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and social skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess a positive and professional demeanor

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
  • Possess a Valid Driver’s License
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing
