Job Description:

The Lease Audit Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Lease Audit Team and helps maintain an efficient and productive office environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, team oriented, and have a passion for commercial real estate.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and code lease related payments received.
  • Investigate and work to resolve lease-related billing inquiries.
  • Create and maintain reports for tracking, trend analysis, and information base.
  • Assists and supports the lease audit team.
  • Prepare billing invoices for property-related expenses.
  • Set-up and maintain property lease files.
  • Performs assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and according to administrative policies and procedures.
