Job Description:

Execute Honeywell IT strategies to facilitate effective deployment of new business systems to improve Honeywell business results. You will be the liaison between the business and IT solutions to define customer requirements for deployment of new business applications. You will support process redesign and provide training to users to facilitate rapid adoption to applications. Your technical and project management skills will be key to ensuring delivery of highly effective solutions that improve IT user experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure C&CE IT project and program management processes are followed in deploying projects
  • Provide business requirements that Technical leads can translate into architected solutions
  • Interact with business stakeholders to discover, capture and assess project requirements and produce required documentation and effort estimates of projects
  • Partner with Product owners to define and document user stories, elaborate definition of done, definition of ready. be a leader during UTA, give demos, anticipate to risks
  • Gather business requirements, prepare flow diagrams, contribute in process improvement
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support achievement of business objectives
  • Define requirements, develop plans and schedules and manage risks
  • Participate and collaborate in discussions to support C&CE technical solutions
  • Experience of working in a matrix environment with excellent interpersonal, business partnership, team building and all-round leadership skills

Job Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • SAFe Certification (SA)
  • Excellent communication skills; oral and written; ability to work with various functions
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization; proven ability to work within large, diverse teams
  • Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
  • Customer focus Knowledge of project management practices, principles, and tools
  • Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business/MIS, Software
  • Engineering or related field
  • Six Sigma certification
  • Experience in Salesforce Sales, CRM, Marketing is a plus
  • Experience in these processes: Field Service, Contract and Entitlement Management, Case management, Mobile application for field service; Work orders management, Plant Maintenance

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelors’ degree
  • Minimum 3 years of IT Business Analyst experience with hands on agile technical practices, such as user stories, definition and user stories cycle
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Salesforce Field Service, platform and process
