We are looking for a Finance Manager to join the Global Business Planning Long Range team. This team is responsible for driving NIKE’s long-term financial goals by ensuring strategic, sustainable, and profitable growth. Successful Finance Managers are critical thinkers, problem solvers, and effective communicators with strong ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gain visibility to full P&L across NIKE’s business portfolios
  • Assist in Nike’s Long Range Planning process to build 3-year and 5-year strategically aligned financial plans, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth
  • Leverage Long Range Plans, in partnership with Geography-based finance teams, to create a one-year operating model and budget
  • Track financial performance against Long Range and In-Year plans, managing risks and opportunities
  • Lead various projects to evolve Nike’s financial planning process (e.g. Marketplace of the future work)
  • Partner cross-functionally to enrich business insights and promote better decision making
  • Lead ad-hoc analyses to support decisions around Nike critical initiatives, oftentimes in response to changing macroeconomic and/or business conditions
  • Streamline processes and tools with respect to business planning and reporting, seeking to improve efficiencies without sacrificing quality

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field with emphasis in Finance and/or Accounting
  • 6+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Strategic Planning, Accounting or Budgeting at a Fortune 500 company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen ability to communicate sophisticated concepts to wide and diverse audiences, including Senior Leadership
  • Strong ability to develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail in the development of management-quality reporting and analytics for Senior Leadership
  • Results-oriented, high energy self-starter with ability to manage through ambiguity in a dynamic environment
  • Maintain strong organizational skills to balance multiple results-oriented competing priorities
