Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with TPA on COBRA Administration
  • Process and administer all leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork Effectively interpret FMLA and State specific leave programs as they relate to leaves of absences/disabilities
  • Assist with new hire orientations
  • Perform quality checks of benefits-related data
  • Assist with the annual enrollment process
  • Run appropriate reports to process arrears benefit deductions
  • Provide ad hoc reports and projects as directed by Benefits Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of ADP Vantage
  • Strong MS Office XP (Word, Excel)
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Spanish language is a plus
  • Detail oriented
  • Demonstrated problem solving and follow through skills
  • Keen sense of customer service
  • Ability to work in both a team situation and independently
  • Retail experience is highly desirable

Qualification & Experience:
